The Committee on House Administration's Ranking Member, Vern Ehlers, R-Mich., issued the following statement on the passing of Chairwoman, Rep. Juanita Millender-McDonald:
"I am shocked and deeply saddened by the news of Juanita's passing. Congresswoman Millender-McDonald and I have been good friends who have worked well together since she was elected. I have always admired her passion both as Chairwoman of the House Administration Committee, and in representing California's 37th District. My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family during these difficult times. May God bless, strengthen and comfort them. She will be missed."
